Planned Maintenance

Plant and equipment identified as requiring servicing / replacement at regular timed intervals, determined in line with manufacturers operating manuals and the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA) recommended frequencies.

Plant and equipment identified as requiring servicing / replacement at regular timed intervals, determined in line with manufacturers operating manuals and the Heating and Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA) recommended frequencies.
Preventive Maintenance

Plant and equipment identified during the course of our works as requiring checking / testing due to suspected impending failure or fault, or plant, that in our experience, requires a maintenance schedule that differs from normal guidelines.
We would also include plant identified as a grade 1 risk, i.e. failure would seriously impact upon the core activities of the customer.


Reactive Maintenance

A strategy for providing fast and efficient reactive response in the event of a breakdown.  Providing a risk register of plant and equipment, identifying the impact of partial, or complete failure.
